Your Way Forward
Therapy in Washington — Telehealth Available
You’re showing up, doing your best, keeping things together—but something still feels off.
Maybe it’s a quiet hum of anxiety, patterns that keep repeating, or a kind of tired that rest alone can’t ease. Therapy provides a calm space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
I support teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and women’s health concerns. Using evidence-based tools like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I help clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and make meaningful progress in their lives.
Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we explore what matters most to you, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, balanced, and aligned with who you truly are. It’s okay if you don’t have it all figured out—the most important step is finding a safe place to begin.
